Hello Honu
Fast, customisable and modern – those three words best describe the Honu concept. The result: the Tiki Bowl – fresh, healthy and delicious.
The traditional Hawaiian dish poké was originally made with freshly caught, diced tuna. With ingredients like salmon, beef, chicken or tofu we expanded the classic version and created the Tiki Bowl.
Our namesake “Honu” – the green sea turtle – stands for longevity, luck and the eternal bond between land and sea.
From avocado to zoodles
Tastes differ! That's why, alongside our signature bowls, we offer the build-your-own-bowl option – pick out your favourites and create countless combinations.
Of course there are vegan and vegetarian options too. Honu stands for balanced, healthy and varied eating – modern fast food for the city.
The Tiki makes the Difference
We pay special attention to the quality of our ingredients: regional fruit and vegetables, certified fish from sustainable sources and meat from Austrian farms – delivered fresh every day.
Our dressings and sauces are house-made too, with high-quality ingredients, many of them inspired by Japanese cuisine.
And our packaging leaves no trace: bowls, cutlery and chopsticks are biodegradable.
