Accessibility

This statement describes the current state of accessibility of honu.at. We review the website on an ongoing basis and work continuously on improvements.

Our commitment

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website — regardless of any impairment or the technology they use. Our design follows the internationally recognised guidelines for accessible web content (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, with a target conformance level of AA).

Measures

• Clear structure with meaningful headings and labels.
• Sufficient colour contrast and legible font sizes.
• Keyboard operability and visible focus on interactive elements.
• Alternative text for informative images and labelled controls.
• Responsive layout for different screen sizes and zoom levels.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This concerns in particular the embedded map (Google Maps) as well as external ordering and delivery platforms (e.g. smorder, foodora, wolt), whose accessibility we cannot fully influence as third-party services. We work continuously on improvements and are happy to provide the relevant information in an accessible form on request.
