Opening hours & reservations
Our 10 stores are spread across Vienna. You'll find the exact addresses in the Locations section.
All stores are open Monday to Saturday, many on Sundays too. Hours vary on public holidays — we announce them on our social media channels. Exact hours per store are listed under Locations.
As seating is limited, we don't take reservations. Thanks to the high turnover there's almost always a seat free — at most after a short wait.
Menu & nutrition
Yes. Almost all sauces and dressings are now vegan, and the protein selection has grown a lot over the years. So vegetarian and vegan are well covered.
If you're gluten-intolerant you'll find options too. Our team will advise you and put together your bowl individually.
Yes, all ingredients — including in the signature bowls — can be swapped. The team in the stores will help you put it together. An allergen list is available on request in every store.
Payment options
We accept all common cards.
Yes. In all stores we accept various meal vouchers as well as digital solutions from Edenred and Sodexo/Pluxee. If unsure, just ask our team whether your provider is included.
Pickup
Yes. You can pre-order and pay online at any store and then pick up your food without queueing.
Of course. You can use the pre-order and then enjoy your bowl in the restaurant at your leisure.

Delivery
Yes, through our partner Foodora we cover almost all of Vienna. For larger orders please contact us directly so we can plan things well.
If items are missing or something was delivered incorrectly, contact the store the delivery came from directly — we'll arrange a re-delivery as quickly as possible. You'll find the phone numbers under Locations.
The couriers are employed by Foodora, not by us. For issues with delivery time or quality, reach Foodora customer service via the chat in the Foodora app.
Services & catering
Gift cards are available any time in the amount you like directly in our stores — or conveniently online as a gift. For larger quantities or special requests, feel free to contact us in advance.
Yes. Send us your catering request via the contact form and we'll find the right solution together for your event, conference or seminar.

We find a solution for every catering and deliver to your chosen address in Vienna.
Honu app
Download the app from the App Store or Play Store, create an account and pre-order your bowls for your chosen pickup time — no queueing, just like via the website.
Scan the QR code on the receipt or at the till screen, or pre-order directly in the app — points are then credited automatically. App and website accounts are linked. €1 spent = 1 point; from 100 points you get a €10 voucher.
On the app's home screen via the "loyalty card" button. There you can see your progress and vouchers and redeem them.
From 100 points you unlock a €10 voucher in the app. Tapping it shows a QR code that the team scans at the till — €10 is deducted automatically. Also redeemable on pre-orders.

Under "edit profile" you can delete your account and its linked data. Note: any loyalty-card progress is lost and can't be restored later.
